The Everest Peace Project - Promoting a Global Community

Our Goals:
1. To organize safe Peace Climbs in the name of peace, and through our climbs and our documentary film - Everest: A Climb for Peace, to promote a Global Community that strives for peace and compassion.

2. To inspire and motivate people to similar acts of peace and teamwork, which they can bring to their own local communities.

3. To promote interfaith and multi-cultural dialogue.

4. To Educate Children - the future peacemakers of the world about peace, teamwork, and the different faiths, peoples and cultures on our planet.

5. To help build at least 1 school and 2 libraries for children in Nepal through our educational partner Room to Read . We have helped fund 2 libraries (see video) - help us fund a school! (Room to Read has built over 4000 schools and libraries in Asia.)
