Although Everest has been a dream of his for a long time, he has only wanted to climb it for a reason - and our Climb for Peace is a perfect fit for his goal.

"My deep desire is to be a world changer. I want to leave a legacy which will last and have a positive effect in this world. I believe that we have an opportunity to learn from history and apply ourselves to changing and making the world a better place. I firmly believe in The Everest Peace Project. Being a "Peace Climber" gives me an opportunity to stand for a cause which seeks to promote unity and peace. As we have seen, sports is one of the most powerful platforms which bring people all over the world together. I firmly believe this initiative will be an inspiration to the world and it will provoke a daring spirit to live for the cause of peace."
