Lance Trumbull is a motivational speaker, filmmaker, adventurer, and author. He is the executive director of The Everest Peace Project, a peace organization in Beaverton, Oregon.

In 2002 Lance sold everything he possessed and moved to Nepal to travel around the Himalayas. This radical change led to a profound transformation and during an expedition in India he had a vision of creating a world peace climb on Mt. Everest. From this he created a peace organization called the Everest Peace Project and a Climb for Peace expedition that included people from different faiths and cultures (including Palestinian and Israelis). Lance was the expedition leader for the historic Everest Peace Climb, and is the director and producer of the award winning documentary film based on the climb- Everest: A Climb for Peace, which is narrated by Orlando Bloom and endorsed by the His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the United Nations.
Lance has given speaking engagements and special screenings of his award winning film at Nike, MacFilmmakers at Apple Computers Headquarters, Salesforce.com, REI, lectures at college campuses in the US, speaking engagements in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, and talks at Rotary Clubs and other organizations. He has done radio and television talk shows - has been interviewed by CBS and NBC, and has spoken about The Everest Peace Project's historic Climb for Peace all over the globe. Lance has given talks to people of all ages, including to high school and college students at schools across the world. Lance can cater a talk based on your specifics needs.
Lance recently wrote a children's book based on his award-winning film.
